At Kamuri Plantation, cacao is grown and prepared with great care. A skilled local team oversees the harvest, while a centralised fermentation facility ensures the beans develop their full flavour and integrity. The cacao is then slowly dried in well-designed drying houses, producing clean beans of exceptional quality.

The plantation is currently in the final stages of organic certification. No non-organic chemicals are used at any stage of cultivation, allowing this cacao to remain pure to the land from which it comes.
