We source our cacao in partnership with Living KOKO and Savaii Koko, who work with small family farms across Samoa, and whose ethos of community, care, and sustainability deeply resonates with us. Fermentation and drying take place in the village of Asau, where traditional knowledge and modern care meet. Every batch supports farmers directly, empowering communities in Samoa and throughout the Pacific Islands.
